This retreat takes place annually, usually towards the end of the year, at South Beach in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Aside from enjoying this small African paradise, you also get to enjoy handpicked events all throughout the three days program. Every day starts with morning yoga classes, including meditations. Another yoga session takes place in the evening to wrap up the classes for the day. You also get to enjoy fresh juices and ayurvedic teas, full board meals, and comfortable 2-night accommodation.
