Wajir - Kenya

Renowned as the ‘Land Of Plenty’, Wajir is the capital of Wajir County and enjoys abundant sunshine all year round and features a wide range of wildlife species.  It can be located in the scarcely populated northeast side of Kenya and gives you a real sense of what rural Kenya is like away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi.

Wajir offers its visitors an experience that is wild and beautiful with vast plains that make this county unique for its richness in mineral resources such as limestone and sand as well.

While not a popular destination for many first time tours to Kenya, due to the hampered infrastructure and security concerns surrounding the town, Wajir still has a few attractions worth the visit if you're brave enough or prefer to go off track with your travel.

Book your cheap flights to Wajir with Tripindigo today and set yourself up for the best adventure of a lifetime!
